Oh, for the love of G..!@#$%! I wanted to stab myself in the brain after reading this. I would give five stars for the shorts that are included in this volume, they are all quite well done; but unfortunately they came with this other nonsense. Probably what was the first issue showed some promise but that quickly unraveled with the terrible dialog and preachy bold messages lit up in bold print. I kept thinking why doesn't he just go ahead and break the fourth wall already? The thinly veiled messages are not subtle at all. Why does this guy need to knock us up side the head with this junk? I don't like it; and the page where they are "introducing" the Legion of Superheros made me want to pull my hair out! What a waste of space and time. Uggg! Zero interest in picking up the next volume with this writer.
