I really liked this. It had a few moments of mild annoyance for me in what I think some people call info dumping. Have you ever seen an episode of Dragonball Z? Or almost any Japanese style anime? You know where the guys are about to face off only it takes like three or four episodes because they keep stopping to explain how something works? Something like that.

Anyway, the story really pulled together at the end and I'll definitely be picking up the next book.
