The Woodcutter

The Woodcutter - Kate Danley This was a really nice refresher for me. I enjoyed it but it did get a little long feeling at the end in the last three or four chapters. It's good and has some original twists to it. I really liked that the story was told from the Woodcutter's point of view and I kind of like the way you're just kind of thrown into the story with this one. It lets you discover the world as the action happens instead of bogging you down it tedious details.

Oh, and I had the Audible Audiobook which I would guess was pretty standard quality. The narrator didn't wow me, but I didn't want to strangle her either. I will say I wish they would have gone with a male because it would have added to the mood.
