I got one of these Amit Offir How to Draw books to see how it compared to other how to draw series of books. It has no text in it. There are no tips or art instruction of any kind. It is pretty easy to follow though and the images were all simple to draw by following the image to image guide. I would recommend this for very small children, or those who just want to learn some new doodles.
